Morning Offering

O my God I give to you, all that I think, or say, or do.
All my work and all my happy play, I will give to you today.

Amen

Grace before meals

Bless us O God as we sit together.
Bless the food we eat today.
Bless the hands that made the food.
Bless us O God.

Prayer for the end of the school day

God Our Father, we come to say thank you for your love today.
Thank you for my family and all the friends you give to me.
Guard me in the dark of night. And in the morning send your light.

School Prayer

This is our school,
Let peace dwell here,
Let love abide here,
Love of God,
Love of one another,
Love of mankind,
The love of life itself.
Let us remember that;
Just as many hands build a house, so many hearts make a school.

Our Father

Our Father, who art in heaven,
Hallowed be thy name,
Thy kingdom come,
Thy will be done, on earth as it is in Heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread,
And forgive us our trespasses,
As we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not in to temptation, but deliver us from evil.

Hail Mary, full of grace,

We celebrate Mass together as a school on a regular basis. During special times of the year, such as Advent, we join the local parish at St Joseph’s to celebrate parish Mass.

Our Rosary Club takes place during the special Marian months of May and October. Prayer Club takes place at other times of the year, led by our chaplaincy co-ordinator Miss Coyle.
