If you are looking for a school place for your child for September 2021 at St Thomas More, one of the best ways to get to know our school would normally be at an open event. As we are unable to welcome groups of visitors into the school at the moment, we have created an online information event giving you an insight into why St Thomas More VC Academy should be your number one choice for your son/daughter.

Hello and welcome! My name is Mr Shaw and it is my pleasure to welcome you to St Thomas More VC Academy. St Thomas More is a diverse, inclusive school with the core aim of providing the very best education we can within the Catholic ethos of our school. We are situated on St Thomas More Road not far from Costello Stadium and easily accessible from First Lane Anlaby.

Our school motto is ‘Be All You Can Be’ and through our mission we explore our faith and develop our love for ourselves and others, considering how we can make a difference within school and throughout the World.

Starting school is such an important time for children and their parents. We want to make sure that we get it right for your child and their family. Our Foundation Stage staff are a caring, child-orientated team that work closely together to ensure that when your child comes into school, they feel safe, welcomed and eager to learn.
